How much are Treat Box Cakes and Cupcakes?
Prices for custom cakes and cupcakes are difficult to set.
Cake prices depend on not only the size and structure of the cake, but on how intricate the design is and the amount of time and effort required for the decorations. So the best way to know the price of your cake would be to contact Treat Box for a quote.
We have tried to provide the starting price for our standard cake sizes:

Sculpted and 3D cakes start at $300 and are fully fondant covered.
Cupcakes come in 2 sizes: mini (bite-sized) cupcakes and regular cupcakes
Prices start at $2 for mini cupcakes and $4 for regular cupcakes and can be purchased individually from our store.
To order cupcakes for parties, school birthday and corporate events, the minimum order is 25 mini cupcakes or 12 regular cupcakes.
Quotes can be provided for additional toppers such as edible printed logos/pictures of fondant toppers.
How to order?
1. Browse through our galleries for design ideas.
- Our cakes can be customised to suit your party theme, colour and requests.
- If you have a design in mind that does not appear on our website, please send us an image (eg. from Google) and we will provide you some options and quotes.
2. Decide on the cake size.
- Our standard cakes come in 6in and 9in round cakes.
- Other round cake sizes are available as well as square cakes, rectangular cakes and 3D cakes (sphere or sculpted).
- Iced cakes are usually 4-5 in height unless otherwise requested (double stacked, or additional layers)
Note: 6″ round cakes can cater for 10-12 people. 9″ round can cater for up to 35 people.
3. Decide on the cake flavor.
- Our standard cake has 3 layers of a single cake flavour.
- However in some instances, a cake can have a combination of flavours but will need to match – please speak to us about this if you are interested. (note: we can recommend the matching of some cake flavours and their icings/fillings. Some cake flavours, however, do not match and are best savoured individually).
- Our cake flavours are: Classic Vanilla, Moist Chocolate, Perfect Red Velvet, Choc-Vanilla Marble, Very Espresso, Luscious Cherry Vanilla, Coconut Delight, Banana and Salted Caramel and Purple Taro.
4. Use the form below to place your order, or call us at 0481-182-997.
- Attach any images you would like to show us with your ideas for your cake or event or details about the celebrant (if customised toppers are requested).
5. You will receive an email from us with a price quote.

6. Pay the 50% deposit to confirm your order.
- A 50% deposit is requested to confirm your order – this can be done using our merchant facilities over the phone or by coming in the shop in person.
I can’t decide on the cake flavour!!
No worries! Come into our cake workshop for a sample cupcake box of our most popular flavours. You can buy our mini cupcakes individually for a nice quick treat!
How early do I need to order my cake?
Generally, the earlier you order, the better. Allow a couple of weeks at least so we can help finalise the details of your cake order and design.
Some cake designs need work a few weeks prior to your event date (Eg. Some toppers need to harden for stability)
I need a cake today or tomorrow!!

Do you deliver?
At present, we can only deliver to local areas at set times on Fridays and Saturdays – please contact us for arrangements.
We are looking at setting up a delivery service for the whole Sydney region in the near future.
Can I pick up my cake order?
Cake pick ups from our cake workshop in North Rocks is available during our opening hours.

How do I confirm my cake order?
Cake orders must be confirmed with a 50% deposit or full payment. Any balance should be finalised at least a week before the date of your event.
We accept cash, eftpos and credit cards.
To make payments, you can visit our store or call us to use our merchant facilities.
Tower hire for cupcake towers
We have several cupcake towers and cake pedestals for hire.
A bond of $100 is required which will be reimbursed to you upon the safe return of the cake tower. Any damage to the tower will incur the loss of the bond and possible additional fees according to the damage made.
What if I would like to make or decorate my own cake but need help?
We are all for encouraging budding cake decorators! Talk to us about your ideas.
- we can help with any step of cake making that you need help in (you can buy our cake without icing or iced but not decorated)
- we can provide cake toppers (from simple ready made toppers to customised toppers and printed images and fondant cut outs)
- You can also purchase some cake supplies from our store (such as cake boards and boxes, read-to-roll fondant, tools). We will be happy to provide you some advice on cake making too!
